Feedback from clients and organisations using the Scorecard has highlighted a strong interest in opportunities to share the highs and lows of using a BSC.

Thus the goal of the Balanced scorecard UserGroup Supporters (BUGS) Network is to create an opportunity to exchange knowledge and share experience of creating, implementing and updating the Balanced Scorecard with expert pracitioners.

SYAT Associates consultants have significant experience gained within Kaplan and Norton consultancies. In the last year, we have implemented what is believed to be the first stand alone Balanced Scorecard for an HR function; a Partnership Scorecard for two major organisations as well as working with a range of profit and not for profit organisations who are seeking to apply best practice and insight.
